I wouldn’t even give this shower of crooks 1 star but had to to carry on ….. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCUMBAG you get a pare of trousers for example…. Took about 2 months to come … then far to small… the quality appalling I would it even put it in the chicken coop to keep them warm…. Then you try to get your money back you wait a month before they reply and they want photos…. Then a month later they send you an address to send it back which cost £15 …. This is after a trillion emails to them I REPEAT DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought 2 x XL Apex Cargo trousers. Did not fit round waist and were not the same as the product advertised. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Items sent from China, have a London address on returns page, but wanted me to send back to Italy! Have lodged complaints with PayPal and Credit Card provider and they have found in my favour and given a chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE SCAM.

SCAM please avoid. I bought 2 pairs black and 2 pairs of camo Apex Tactical trousers from them. Didn't get what a paid for, 2 pairs were completely different material than the other pairs and poor quality, definitely not what the advert shows. I contacted them straight away to request a refund. I have got approximately 25 emails back and forth with them. Offering me 20% voucher off their site and now offering upto 30% off their site. I have even had a 2 emails saying that they will send my refund without delay and apologies for the inconvenience caused, and the items can be sent to charity to save sending them back. Now they've decided they want them back and expect me to pay for return of the items that the sent which were not as advertised. I refuse to.pay more money out and then not get a refund. Please avoid this company /Scam. PayPal do not really help sorting this as they want us to trust these so called companies to be honest and say that they've received items back and refund us.

Do not buy from this company I got a pare of trousers that were to small and not even the trousers I wanted…. Wrong trousers sent, promised to send correct ones. Have been waiting 23 days still nothing, despite emails promising that the logistics department would be checked.

They are still advertising the Apex cargos everywhere

I can happily back this up with the email exchanges with them

The date is the first letter detailing the wrong order had been sent and they were sending the actual order free of charge as compensation.

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought two pairs of work trousers on Instagram which took six weeks to get to me. I started the refund process the day they turned up because they were pretty awful and nothing like the advert that I was sold from. I finally managed to get a reply from a person and I have consequently had three offers of a 30% refund when every time I have just asked for an address to send the goods back to. each time I get an email saying they will be in touch with an address to send the goods back to. I find it very difficult to believe they don’t know their own address Doesn’t look like I’ll be getting my money back so we’ll go down the route of claiming through my credit card which is a pain, but I am not letting them get away with this. crap product crap service crap refund policy don’t bother.

Just recieved 2 pairs of so called thermal work trousers .....ordered two sizes as in the past ive had mixed fittings ....2xl supposed to be 38.....naaa more like 34 to 36 ......3xl tight 36 to 38...defo not thermal and as regards split proof well it doesnt look like they are much thicker that tracksuit bottoms .....too ages to be delivered too ....i would stay well clear and stick with roughneck or dickies
