Founded by Leon VanderPol in 2013, the Center for Transformational Coaching is a global learning community dedicated to awakening human potential and evolving consciousness. We support people on the heroic journey of self-actualization, authenticity, and heart-centered living. Our flagship coach training program, the Deep Coaching Intensive (DCI), is an ICF-approved program that equips aspiring spiritual and transformational coaches to become certified practitioners. The DCI blends psychology, spirituality, and consciousness studies with practical coaching skills - offering both a professional pathway to ICF credentialing and a profound personal growth journey. Through our programs, participants learn to create presence-based spaces that open the way for deep transformative growth. They develop the confidence to support others at the highest levels of being, not only through progressive transformational coaching skills and techniques, but by embodying greater presence and aligning with the wisdom that arises from within. Our graduates go on to serve as coaches, leaders, healers, facilitators, trainers, counselors, therapists, and change-makers worldwide, bringing authenticity, connection, and relational depth to their clients, communities, and beyond. A journey into oneself
The Deep Coaching Intensive program is something that is far more powerful than words can describe.
It is an experience that takes one on a deep dive into oneself, and illuminates and truly connects the person with their Self. This is something that enables one to not simply change, but to truly transform into one's best version. One of the best things about the DCI course is that one becomes part of a community that supports and uplifts everyone, making the experience really magical.
The course is suitable for practically everyone, the only condition is one's willingness to look within.

Medicine for Our Times
The Deep Coaching Intensive was the medicine I needed that set me on the path I'm on today (working as a Deep Transformational Coach, specializing in Voice Energetics).
From the teaching material, to the expertly held courses, the support, my fellow students - all of it was beyond my expectations. I knew I was looking for something that went deeper than traditional coaching, but I wasn't expecting it to ripple throughout every area of my life in the way it did. The Deep Coaching Principles are not just for coaching, they're now my life's guidelines, too. I'll be forever grateful to Leon, the school and the staff.
