Subscription and claim

I used a 3 day trial for 1 EUR and stopped subscription immediately and cancelled my account to stop any further charges. However the company did charge me. I wrote to the address the website states that deals with customer support and claims, however didn't get any answer. Then I read here, that it is better to contact the company via FB. I did so, received an answer within an hour and my claim was resolved very quickly as well, included my money back.

Warning! This app is a SCAM. I created a free account just to try it out. After testing it, I cancelled the entire account approximately two hours after creating it. Despite this, they have been charging my bank account for 3 months and their support does not respond.

After your reply:
I really don't understand why you continue to charge for the subscription after I DELETED my account. It makes no sense to charge a customer who has DELETED their account. Logically, they probably no longer want to use your services.
It is also not true that you responded immediately to my request. I sent you an email on February 5. You ignored this email and only responded after I wrote several reviews and posted several negative comments on your Facebook page. This happened on April 13, which is more than two months after my first request for you to stop the automatic charges from my credit card. Only then did you start communicating!

The account wasn’t cancelled, it was deleted, which doesn’t stop the subscription on its own. Once you reached out, we responded, located the correct account, cancelled everything immediately, and issued a full refund.

So the issue has already been resolved on our side.

I understand why this felt frustrating, and I want to clear this up properly.

First, you’re right about the timeline, your initial email wasn’t picked up, and we took responsibility for that. That’s exactly why a full refund was issued, even though this was outside of our standard policy.

When I mentioned “immediate response,” I was referring to when you reached out via social media, where we were able to act quickly, locate the account, and resolve everything right away.

Regarding the main concern:

Deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are handled separately. The account deletion removes access to your content, which is necessary for privacy reasons, especially on platforms where personal content is created. However, the subscription itself is a separate billing agreement that remains active until it’s cancelled directly.

I completely understand that this isn’t intuitive, and that’s where the confusion comes from.

In your case:
• We acknowledged the missed email
• Took responsibility for it
• Cancelled everything
• Issued a full refund

So everything has been fully resolved from our side.

Willfully shady

I saw a transaction on my credit card from a company I didn't recognise. I Googled it, turns out it's some retailer of playground equipment right across the border from me. That's weird, so I blocked my card. Only to find out it was from Lisa AI, a service that I - to my knowledge, only made a one-off payment for. I cancelled immediately, shocked to see I was a premium member. Thanks to this kind of vagueness I will now need to set up my new credit card (that will arrive in 2 weeks) for every service I use it for. It was UNCLEAR this was a subscription service. I had also tried their terrible app, at least there you can just get out of their subscription trap with Google. I wonder how many people have a subscription to both their website as their app without knowing about it or how to stop it. I despise this lack of transparency, legal or not.

I've had quite the financial setback lately thanks to a bunch of mistakes having happened, I'm still waiting for them to get settled. Which means I don't have the money to wait for this charge to be returned to me. Thanks a bunch. I'll just stick with making my own drawings.

Man kann das Abo nicht direkt nach dem Kauf (ich hatte auch die 99cent testversion) kündigen.

Bei mir liefs über Paypal. Ich bin direkt am gleichen Tag in neinen paypal account und dort sah ich dass es ein Abbo war. Ich have es dann dort sofort gekündigt. Paypal bestätigt das mit einer Email und ich sollte nochmal dem App Hersteller kündigen. Habe ich dann per Email formal gemacht: support@zotlo'punkt'com. ich hoffe es funktioniert so

Beware of this fraudulent company. They state it takes 24 hours for a cancellation button to appear on your account but that is false. Do not sign up with this company. Report to UK trading standards, your bank and the police. I have contacted them during business hours in the UK (yesterday being TUESDAY before any replies from Lisa.ai here states otherwise) and they just send automated BS about the 24 hour rule. Do not listen, no legitimate company makes any customer wait 24 hours. This is to buy them time for you to not have the ability to cancel and to be locked into a subscription. Cancel your card and block further payments.
