I recently booked a stay through Agoda, the WEBBEDS, their name appeared on the reservation and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There was a significant billing issue that arose during my stay at Hotel Timoulay and Spa Agadir.
Despite having my card charged €246.64 by AGODA on May 24, 2024, prior to check-in, the hotel charged me again at the reception desk €256.91 on May 28, 2024. This resulted in a duplicate payment for my stay. The hotel presented reservations from 'Destination of the World' and 'WebBeds FZ LLC', yet there was clearly a lack of communication or coordination or SCAM, leading to this billing error.
I have contacted both the hotel and AGODA, and provided all necessary documentation, including bank statements and receipts, to rectify this issue. However, the inconvenience and stress caused by this situation have significantly impacted my overall experience.
The handling of this situation by WebBeds has been disappointing, and I urge potential customers to be cautious when booking through them. Double-check all transactions and confirm details directly with the hotel to avoid similar issues. I hope WebBeds improves their coordination and customer service to prevent such problems in the future.

Scammers !! Stay clear, if this site appears close it immediately they are a scam, I have an investigation happening with my bank for fraudulent charges, they contacted me saying if I close the investigation they would refund me some of the money claiming while the investigation is open they can’t send me my money. I showed my bank this email and they said that’s not true they can send me a refund anytime via e-transfer, or credit card refund the investigation does not prevent this at all,once I told webbeds this in never heard from them again. SCAMMERS

The worst company EVER. Took my money reserved a weekend stay go to check in and they do not have any reservation. I show my email reservation along with the bank account showing I paid and these people just took my money. STAY FAR AWAY. Be careful when booking make sure their name is no were around. Had to book a different place after trying to get this figured out for 2 hours with 3 kids wanting to go swimming

I'd give WebBeds a review of 0 if I could. I tried calling to make a change to my reservation a week before my time was up. I never could get anyone to answer. I left messages saying it was urgent and I never got a returned phone call. Since I couldn't get ahold of ANYONE at WebBeds, I've been charged for the whole weekend, and now the hotel can't make changes to my reservation. It is now going to cost me $1000 in charges for the 4 night that got canceled and the 2 nights I can actually stay. NEVER USE THEM!!!

They do bookings without correct payment information and getting hold of them to get the correct information is Mission impossible
Our motel will no longer accept bookings from webbeds
Avoid webbeds like the plague

i work front desk at a hilton. This company lies to costumers about parking bundles and weather or not breakfast is included. They have also made their website to look exactly like a Hilton reservations site. they are purposely trying to trick people into thinking the are affiliated with Hilton, and they are not.
