Stop. Do not hire Web Design Harbour for website services, LLC set up, domain registry, or hosting. The WordPress template they built for me rates “D” by GTMetrix and has a 50/100 mobile score by Google PageSpeed Insights. Their team tried to optimize the site but degraded all photo-files into a grainy-pixelized horror show. To salvage their “D” level work I had to hire someone else and host my site on a new server.
Other poor results from Web Design Harbour include:
1) They claimed to host the site directly on Google Servers. In reality, they hosted it on Liquid Web and do not respond to my questions about this fact.
2) They also pushed me to purchase a lifetime domain name for $1,085.00 and then slow walked giving me access. When they finally provided the credentials, the truth is that they had registered it for 10 years with Namecheap where the average cost for a 10-year “.com” registry is $150.00.
3) They didn’t file my wife’s name or myself as members in our own LLC, making our company vulnerable.
4) Regarding actual web design skills, they promised 2.6 sec page loading speed and delivered 3.7 sec. Even the above-the-fold load time didn’t match 2.6 seconds.

Based on my experience, it’s hard for me to believe the glowing reviews here. The 1-star and 2-star reviews however do reflect—exactly—my experience: their work is predatory, with painfully slow progress, and sloppy. When confronted they will gas light and bully.
Web Design Harbour practices are so devious and opaque I feel a duty to warn others. They’ve got a long way to go to offer their clients just basic web design services. Unfortunately, it appears this is just a method for getting you in the door to further take advantage of the relationship. Go somewhere else. Fast.

I worked with Adrian, and his response was timely, and overall process was pretty quick. However, there were some parts which were problematic, and I am thinking of trying a different service in the future.

They did such an Amazing job on our site. Everything looks great!

After the successful original installation, our business took off well. We recently had an issue between our website and a booking site where both sites were unaware of the reservations of the other site...so double booking. People always ask me for his contact information and I proudly share it with them. Is it when Frank could’ve been frustrated with me because I was so demanding being a woman that’s what we do so I apologize, but he handled each day with support even though I changed it a lot.
