I had a very good experience with Webguard and their staff recently. I had been streaming sports events on unsafe websites. I never realized the danger of a Trojan virus infecting my computer as I have a virus protection program installed. I Have a old computer which had plenty of internet issues that my 80 year old auntie uses. I was told that it was not repairable. The gentlemen at Webguard stayed working on my computer for hours and had it back working with easy. Great friendly customer service was a breeze and meadr me felt comfortable with full details of what they were doing. Great Service.

I had bought bit defender to enhance my computer security but needed help in installing it. That is when I noticed Webguard and with some reluctance due to a previous scam where a similar incident occurred, I let them do the work in plain view. I was impressed with the speed of the operation and the quick choices to be made for continued service. I balked at the price for two years of service but knowing that I could contact them at any time with tech questions, I made the decision to purchase a two year agreement.

Great product & very knowledgeable techs. My only negative is that they were very hard to understand and talked over my head a lot. It would help if they didn't assume a customer is tech savvy.
