Easy to set up and my evergreen webinars run themselves

I use Webinar Kit for marketing and lead gen, and it's been a great fit. Setup was simple and the interface is intuitive, so I was up and running fast without a steep learning curve. The automated evergreen webinars are the standout feature for me. I record once and they run on autopilot, capturing leads around the clock without me needing to show up live every time. Streaming has been reliable too, with no lag or dropped sessions during my events, which matters a lot when prospects are watching. On top of that the pricing feels fair for what you get, and support has been responsive whenever I had a question. Highly recommend if you want a no-fuss webinar platform that actually converts.

Most affordable and easiest to use for us so far. Opted for the best deal ever after trying the automated and live webinar packages separately. Already got 3 people on the white label and covering the cost of the entire cost with those 3 customers alone. Genuinely don’t know how anyone could opt for a competitor.

So the first webinar I did got me trip

So the first webinar I did that put me on the map. Had to win a trip to CA to meet Ed Mylet, me and brother @JoshLewisGrowth recorded it and thanks to Josh Rockwood he gave us webinar kit…the webinar still runs today and it helped us recruit a whole agent who came in on the automated time. It’s so easy to use and doesn’t bug out compared to other ones I work with. Im JeffTheEntrepreneur and I’ve been building webinars and automated them with orgranic traffic, and just recently my business partner brought me back to webinarkit. I highly reccomend it and look forward to doing more

Webinarkit.ai has totally energized my business. Not only does it allow me to capture leads and talk one to many, but my avatars can do pre-recorded videos while I'm doing something else or joining to answer questions at the end.

Charged for four years on a product I never used. No renewal notice, no receipts.

In April 2023 I purchased WebinarKit's Basic Lifetime plan, the Agency Upgrade, and a 7-day trial of their live webinar product. I paid $543 for the live version. I understood at the time of purchase that this product was billed annually because of ongoing computing costs. That part was disclosed and I accepted it.

What was not disclosed in any practical way is that WebinarKit would silently re-bill that $543 every April, for four straight years, without sending a single renewal reminder beforehand or a single receipt afterward. The only way I learned of each charge was by reviewing my bank statement. By the time I caught it on April 29, 2026, I had paid $2,172 for a product I have never logged into a single time.

I contacted support on May 3, 2026. They refused a refund on the grounds that they do not refund recurring subscriptions, regardless of documented zero usage.
I have no complaint with the webinar software itself. My complaint is with billing practices that fall well below industry standard. Sending advance renewal notifications and post-charge receipts is basic. Most legitimate SaaS companies do both automatically. Quietly auto-renewing without either, then refusing any goodwill on a clearly unused account, is not how a trustworthy company operates.
Buyer beware. If you do buy from WebinarKit, put the renewal date on your own calendar and review your statements monthly.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the renewal of your Live Webinar subscription.

As you noted, the subscription was purchased as an annual recurring service, and the recurring billing terms were disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase. The Live Webinar product relies on ongoing infrastructure and operating costs, which is why it is offered as an annual subscription rather than a lifetime product.

We'd also like to clarify that renewal notifications and billing receipts are sent through our payment processor using the email address associated with the billing profile. If those emails were not received, there may have been an account-specific issue that prevented delivery, and we would have been happy to investigate.

Regarding your refund request, while we understand your position, we apply our published billing and refund policies consistently to all customers. Making exceptions years after recurring renewals have been processed would not be fair to the many customers who are billed under the same terms.

We appreciate your feedback and are continually working to improve both our customer experience and communication. Thank you for giving WebinarKit a try.

BEWARE!! They have bad business practices with billing and auto renewal

Beware of their business practice!! Every subscription service I have ever used that has on auto renew sends an email letting you know you're about to be charged. In fact, there is a law around this. Well they don't alert you. You only know you've been charged once you see it hit your bank. I immediately requested a refunded within an hour of the charge as I don't use the service and forgot about it. They said per their terms and conditions, they don't give refunds but will assess refunds or credit requests on their merits. I didn't want the service and wasn't given proper notice to cancel this service per New York State's Automatic Renewal Law.

Additionally, if you want to cancel, it's not even easily accessible. You have to search through their help chat, which then goes to an article that then takes you to a completely different website and sign in there. And of course, NONE of my emails were found on this website. They also don't have the invoices/receipts handy for business tax purposes. So lots of hoops they put you through to keep charging you annually. Well, I remembered there is a law around this and plan to report them to the New York State district attorney’s office.

Update: They use a 3rd party payment company that didn't have my email information correct so I received no notices about my account. While WebinarKit did have a working and valid email address, they never sent notice because the payment processing company had a different email that wasn't valid. The email address had .comm and not .com so should have bounced but no one thought it would be a good idea to check as to why it would bounce and correct it.

It's now been a month that they've said they escalated it for review. Not sure to who but it shouldn't take a month to review something like this and refund my money. Just another bad business practice. I think they believe I am going to forget about it.

It's cheap but that's what you get

On the surface it looks ok, but once you actually start using it you quickly realize how limited it is. Almost everything useful requires a paid upgrade, even very basic things you would expect to be included in the most basic plan. I wasn't aware of that when purchasing.

Customization is also very, very weak. You can barely change anything to fit your brand properly, and the worst part for me was translations. If you’re not running everything in English, good luck! Making it fully translatable or adapting it for another language is basically impossible.

And it's also really useful for auto webinars, not live ones.

They also don't offer any refunds - I wonder why. They revoked my access after I asked for a refund, but I never got the money back.

Overall, it feels restrictive, overpriced for what you get, and not built for serious users. I expected much more based on the marketing, but the reality was frustrating. Would not recommend.

We do want to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review.

WebinarKit includes a substantial set of features out of the box, and many customers run successful webinars without purchasing any optional upgrades. Additional upgrades are entirely optional and are designed for customers who want expanded capabilities—not because the core platform is unusable without them.

Regarding refunds, we do have a published refund policy that every customer agrees to during checkout. While we're unable to approve every refund request, each one is reviewed according to that policy. Access is removed when a subscription is canceled or a refund is requested because the platform cannot remain active while a payment is being disputed or reviewed.

As for Live webinars, WebinarKit supports both Live and Automated webinars. While our automated webinar capabilities are among the most advanced in the industry, thousands of customers also use WebinarKit successfully for Live webinars.

We appreciate your comments regarding customization and translations, as we're continually expanding the platform. Our goal has always been to provide one of the most feature-rich webinar platforms available while delivering exceptional value compared to alternatives costing significantly more.

So wish I had read the reviews. This is awful. Once you sign up (which I wish I hadn't), it's full-on upsell. Also, the $1 thing seems a con.... don't do it.

Our $1 trial is exactly that—a low-cost opportunity for customers to explore the platform before deciding whether it's right for their business. The trial terms, pricing, and any applicable renewal details are clearly disclosed during checkout. We are not sure how a $1 trial for 7 days exactly as advertised is a "con."

Like many software companies, we do present optional upgrade offers to customers who want additional features. These upgrades are entirely optional, and the core WebinarKit platform remains fully functional without purchasing them.

Deceitful and Stagnant

Among all the platforms I have used in my marketing and scaling my business Webinar Kit is the worst experience I have encountered with the other experiences not being even close to a "bad" experience.

The people behind the platform are people who are trying to deceitfully get you on board by offering services that elsewhere you can find in higher prices but I would definitely go for the higher price when in webinar kit there is no evolution, they seem irresponsible and in many cases they do not know what they are doing.

You will only give away money and zero result. Just some built in templates and zero reliability. Go for trustworthy platforms that their support team treats you as a real person and entrepreneur.

In all of my conversations with them they were lying that they will solve my issue as quick as possible and they never replied back. I kept sending them messages that they haven't done anything and I got replies again that they will look into the matter and then again nothing...almost a month has passed and I keep getting answers that they will try to get my matter looked into asap. Just nothing.

If you are serious about your business invest in the best tools, platforms and people.

WebinarKit is not one of them.

Just can’t rely on it. Maybe for recorded VSLs. Not for true scale and integrations into a funnel for reliability.
