Branch manager Stephen Dietrich did his best to secure a fair price for my father's car--and he was professional, efficient, and kind. (A quite rare combination, in my experience!) Note: the price I was given was $1k less than what the website had calculated. The car is in great shape, but apparently has a minor accident on its record--I'm guessing my father hit the curb or maybe a shopping cart at some point without telling me about it. Silly that something so minor would affect the price, but I guess that's how these things work.
