The process went on time and was relatively easy. There was some confusion between the deals before I arrived and the only warning would be to trust your online offer vs what you get on the phone. The phone rep didn’t do a thorough job on evaluating the car and the phone offer was well above the online offer. Even after rechecking the offer with a follow-up call I was assured the higher offer was valid, but after the car inspection it was clear the phone offer neglected the accident I indicated on the online form, that was the offer I was given after the inspection. After some investigation by the helpful branch manager it was clear the higher offer was wrong but an honest mistake. I still went through with the sale since it as a fair offer and even minor accidents really kill the car value. Car eval was thorough so don’t think they won’t find problems since they surely will, be honest you’ll get an honest offer.

Stephen is very pleasant to work with and I received a fair offer for the vehicle.

I had an excellent experience with Stephen at the location here in Bala Cynwyd. He was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and went the extra mile in explaining everything about the appraisal as he went through it. In addition, we had some conversations about other issues that we related on, and he was very helpful in that as well. I would've left happy even if I didn't sell my car with him. If only all sales/customer service reps were like Stephen! The world would be a better place.

It was a very good & quick process. I was just a lil disappointed in the amount they offered for my car. But other than that customer service was very helpful & professional.

The representative, Dee, was helpful, professional and friendly. Got the deal done. I knew what kind of hinky deal making algorithm I was getting into and he made it as painless as corporate would allow. Nice dude. Without question, I was not thrilled with the final offer, but it was mine to take or leave. And I took it.
That said...the "office" and lot looks like a sketchy dump. You could really improve on your aesthetics. Looks like a chop shop and they have you stand outside in 95 degree weather for an hour while they evaluate your car. It's almost as if it's a company aim to make the customer literally "sweat" it out, so they just can't wait to leave. Would I do it again? In a pinch, sure. But you asked for honesty. Do better.

I made an appointment and still had to wait it’s unfortunate but it happens, otherwise quick and easy service, very polite and helpful
