Moreover, our professional appraisal revealed several undisclosed issues with the car. These included illuminated airbag and brake lights, a significant lower engine noise, and damaged side mirror housings that need replacement.

Great communication
Nico communicated what he was doing every step of the way. As an older person, he made me feel comfortable even when he explained why he was subtracting from the amount that could be paid because of a couple things wrong like damage to my car.
