I worked with Tony in Doylestown, and the experience was great! After making my online appointment, he followed up with a call to make sure I didn't have any questions prior to my visit. There was no wait when I got there, and Tony was forthcoming about the process and essentially walked me through at every step. Despite many flaws in my trade-in vehicle, I was offered almost 30% more than the dealership had offered the previous day. The entire transaction took about 45 minutes from the time I arrived, which included the physical appraisal of my car, Tony working with his remote team to get me the best offer, signing the paperwork, and receiving the check.
