Although I only received $101 for my piece of crap car. I had a great experience with Adin Ailloni! He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He even took care of my dog's poop bag! One could say he took crap off of my hands twice that day!

Easy process, good experience.

The process was easy from start to finish. I booked a time to have the car looked at and the manager reviewed the vehicle and test drove. Went over what they could offer based on the condition of the vehicle and we met on an agreed upon price. I would use this group again in the future I need to sell my car quickly and without any hassle. I was even given a Lfty voucher for a ride home.

This is your second request for a review that was already given. I'm still pleased, but being pressured for praise already offered could change my disposition over night.

Grecia has such wonderful customer service skills - I'm a senior citizen who had been extremely stressed about having to sell my old car, but she made the entire process streamlined & easy for me to understand. She took care of the inspection, all the paperwork & presented me with an offer that was quite reasonable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering selling their vehicle. She has completely restored my faith in EXCELLENT customer service!

Reiki Hall was an excellent person handling my sale. I appreciated his professionalism throughout the process. We had some title challenges and completed deal with POA but the check wasn't made out to the person that we understood initially. So, a missed communication on that one aspect, but otherwise a seamless transaction.
