The gentleman I worked with was kind and respectful, however, I expected more for my ride like closer to 900.

Entered in my VIN for my online estimate with no problem and an offer I was willing to accept. After traveling to their location to meet in person, their offer was significantly lower than initially estimated. They claimed my vehicle had gone down in price the second time they entered the VIN number? Makes sense. Convenient for them. Huge waste of time for me.

I wrote a previous review for we buy any car. In my previous review I explained how unhappy I was with the way the appointment that I made wasn't adhered to and with the appointment being delayed, I wasn't able to negotiate because I had other appointments later on that day. After explaining my displeasure with the way my deal had been handled. I thought, that's it, that's the end of my business with we buy any car.
But within a couple of days of writing my review, I was contacted by a gentleman from we buy any car apologizing for and wanting to know what happened that made me write the bad review. I explained the situation and he wanted to " make things right ". He was very sincere and genuine in his to make sure I was happy with the deal we worked out.
I will never hesitate to work with we buy any car.com when I need to sell a vehicle. A very solid and honest company that wants to make their customers happy 😊
