Honestly speaking, the whole process was pretty good. Pricing was tighter than I expected, but their moto is the truth, they do buy ANY car, which I respect a lot. I've been rejected multiple times elsewhere, so I didn't really have a lot of hope, but I'm still glad they took the car.

Kyle was transparent, knowledgeable, and easy-going. He made the process educational.
