Donald was very helpful and explained the policies and how he arrived at his price very well. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 star experience was the fact that nowhere in the website portion of the transaction, could I find anything disclosed about the $399 fee, not even in the terms and conditions. Donald was very up front about the fee however when I first spoke with him after getting the estimate from the website. The transaction was handled very professionally and relatively quickly.

The process was quick and efficient. Donald was very professional, knowledgeable, and took his time answering all my questions. It only took about 40 minutes from start to finish. I walked out with check in hand for the amount quoted. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

It is too cumbersome to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and the website asks too many questions.
However, once you get an appointment MOST everything else went smoothly. Adrian was late showing up at my appraisal appointment. But, he did have everything prepped for the appointment to buy. Donald was fantastic for my selling appointment. Both were friendly.
The appraisal process itself was very easy and the price I was offered was very fair.
Very convenient location central to Greensburg.
