Sherrie is amazing. Her customer service, knowledge, experience and friendly business-like manner made us feel comfortable. When we had a snag on our end, she had excellent suggestions backed up with sources and went out of her way to confirm what options were available and make it all come together. Five stars!

I couldn't cash the check the day I sold the car and im actually still waiting to get a new check issued and hopefully cash the check at the bank its drawn off. Sherri was very helpful.

My experience was great. I was greeted and welcomed by Sherrie. She explained the process and then talked me through every step as she inspected my paperwork and the vehicle.

She asked my price range, which i appreciated. I was ultimately happy with the figure we landed on.

She gave me time to consider the offer with no pressure whatsoever, and then gave me the time I needed to remove my profile and settings from the vehicle.

The service was great and I enjoyed working with Sherrie.

N/a, as nothing more to say

Sherrie was absolutely awesome - she's good at what she does and super nice! Very understanding when we needed to reschedule multiple times. She explained the process clearly and talked us through everything that goes into the valuation as she was inspecting the vehicle. While we weren't initially thrilled with the offer, she explained that the vehicle's previous accident history was the biggest issue, and the offer we received was still higher than any of the trade-in offers we had from local dealers. We took the deal and walked away with a check in no time. Great experience!
