We Buy Any Car® USA - Lancaster, PA Avaliações

I told the guy "inspecting" the car it does start and run but there is no passenger CV axle. If you people knew anything about cars you would know if you run a car with out a CV axle, transmission fluid will pour out when it gets to temp. The guy inspecting the car ignored me and let the car run until I told him trans fluid was leaking. The guy didn't even offer to help clean up HIS mess! what makes it worse is when the tow truck guys came to pick up the car they did the same dam thing. not the rest of the trans fluid is out and they sped away.
I set this up for my mom hopping it would be easy way to have her get ride of the car. Instead I could have got more money selling it to the local scrap yard, and now I have to clean up their mess.
WILL NEVER USE THIS RECOMEND OR USE THIS PLACE AGAIN
writing this review is probably a waste of time this crap company will most likely bury it

update
Apparently writing a bad review isn't a waste of time. we buy any car customer service reached out to me in less then 24hours after the review posted. they were very understanding and willing to come to a resolution that was best for all involved.

It was a smooth, non-stressful process. Everything was straight forward and the branch manager was very easy going and made our entire family comfortable during the appointment.

Shawn was great to work with and the process was seamless.

A very fantastic experience! Sadly, my car was not worth much due to it having many title issues (that were unknown to me when I first got this car as my first vehicle). However, Quinelle ensured I didn't leave empty handed! Quinelle was very kind and humorous, making the experience smooth and relatively painless! Thank you!

Shawn was very professional and made me feel comfortable with the whole experience!

Quick service ..In and out within 2 hours. Shawn was helpful in the vehicles assessment. Had hoped for a little more, but we need to settle an estate for a friend who passed away and this was a hassle free situation for us.

Once I called, we buy anycard.com
The gentleman that got back to me was Dave and everything he said he was going to do. He followed through with from the phone calls to the appointment day to you know doing a great job. It was a good experience.

Excellent customer service. Experienced and knowledgeable. Shawn did a great job !!!

I went expecting to get a lower price than I would have gotten through a private sale, but I was grateful for a quick, straightforward, and convenient process. I had to schedule an appointment several days in advance, and it took about an hour. The person who helped us was very courteous and helpful.

Friendly interaction with Shawn Walker. I felt that he was very honest with me and I would use this company again if need be because of Shawn.

Hello -

Keep getting error message when I try to review on Google, but everything was just fine, and all the items that were under Dave's control were handled smoothly. Also sent this same message to your "customer feedback" address...perhaps you didn't get that either.

I can't find anywhere online to cancel my vehicle registration, so I was wondering if you had any suggestions. And it might be a good idea if we had a copy of the signed-off title, in case anyone might ask for it. Thanks very much for taking care of destroying the license plate, and special thanks to Dave for removing the static stickers we called about.

Thanks again for all your help.

It was fast. It wasn’t the amount of what I was expecting, I was expecting more, but given the conditions and such, he explained to me exactly what happened to the car where other places failed to tell me… so I actually got whatever it was worth I guess. But it was fast and quick and he was cool. Thanks Shawn.

Shawn was great to deal with. Made us feel comfortable and at home, and explained everything well. It was a pleasant experience all around.

Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional.. It was a pleasure dealing with David and the offer I recieved and accepted was fair. I'd recommend the company to others

The process was smooth and easy from the initial phone call to the actual sale. Shawn Walker was professional, informative, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and easy. And better than expected.

Shawn was very professional and great to work with. I felt I was treated fairly and received a fair price for my vehicle.

Shawn was great. Quick evaluation of a rusty truck and very professional and personable. If you have a vehicle that is going to be hard to sell privately, I suggest using webuyanycar. Got a great offer, much better than a lot of other places like this.

Very professional

Very easy!
So much easier than dealing with selling myself and a better price than a trade in.
