The customer is respected and Jim provided honest and fair feedback duriing the auto inspection. This was my 2nd experience, I will always go to Jim in Lansdale.
Professional approach with honest and fair negotiations, respect for the customer and reliable understanding by both parties. Corporate should improve the time it takes to determine if the offer is approved.
