Theo was very easy to work with, explained the whole process, and was proper and diligent in filling out all of our paperwork and providing a check as we finished up. Would work with him again and refer him to others with a car to trade/ sell.

The transaction process was very easy, and stress free. The representative was very personable and thorough throughout the process. There were some technical issues uploading our car analysis into the system, but the extra time was not an issue. I would recommend we buy any car to others selling their vehicles.

Not sure how I learned about you but grateful I did as I wasn't interested in "giving" the dealer my car for nothing. When I arrived for my appointment, Theo greeted me by name & once we started talking about what I was looking for & if I had another vehicle in mind to coordinate the transactions, I felt the huge stress lifting from my shoulders & knew I'd made the right choice - my #1 goal, was to remove as much stress from my plate as I could for my health.
Theo's attention to detail & desire to make the experience the best it could be, actually allowed me to enjoy the process of selling my car - thats never happened before! Despite a few issues that came up, Theo worked with both Chris; Branch Mgr in Woodbury & District Mgr Quentin who were also outstanding in resolving those issues. They All really care about the customer - money was direct deposited & confirmed quickly & I was on my way to pick up my next vehicle. Theo has reached out to me since the transaction to see how I was doing & how I liked my new wheels offering any future assistance for myself or anyone I might refer which I'm hoping to do.

Very positive experience. Theo helped me sell my car for what it's worth and then some. He was exceptionally courteous and personable. He gave me straight, honest answers to all my questions and helped me understand/appreciate the company. He definitely knows his stuff (glad I didn't waste my time at Carvana). We had some good talks through the whole process, and that was very meaningful to me. Theo's a good dude and a good listener, definitely a service-to-others type of guy.
