The manager explained the process of what he would be doing and checking, in order for the truck to be bought. He was very friendly and polite. The whole transaction was quite easy.

It is a simple straight forward process.

A representative came to our home to do the appraisal on our vehicle. He was courteous, and thoroughly explained every step of the process. He took his time, and when he was finished, he, again, thoroughly explained how he determined what the vehicle was worth. We competed the paper work and received the check.
