Thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com and for sharing your feedback following your visit to our Plum, PA location. We're sorry to hear that your appointment was canceled without clear communication — that is not the experience we want for our customers, and we are looking into what happened with the scheduling.

Regarding the offer, our online valuation is based on the information provided by the customer. The final offer reflects the verified condition of the vehicle after a professional, in-person appraisal. During your appointment, our team identified 19 physical and cosmetic issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:

• Airbag light / SRS light illuminated
• Passenger side rear quarter panel rust
• Driver side rear quarter panel rust
• Roof panel dented (two areas)
• Front windshield cracked
• Driver side front fender dented
• Passenger side front fender dented
• Front hood chipped
• Structural undercarriage rust on both rocker panels
• Passenger side rear door dented
• Rear tailgate/trunk lid scratched
• Front bumper scratched
• Passenger side front door scratched
• Alloy wheel missing (passenger side front)
• Low tire tread (driver side front)
• Driver side front seat damaged
• Alloy wheel damaged (driver side front)

Our OBD-II diagnostic scan also revealed nine active fault codes:

• P0042 — HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
• P0106 — Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem
• P0146 — O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
• P0147 — O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
• P0442 — Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak)
• P0456 — Evaporative Emissions System Small Leak Detected
• P0491 — Secondary Air Injection System Insufficient Flow Bank 1
• P2188 — System Too Rich at Idle (Bank 1)
• P2432 — Secondary Air Injection System Air Flow/Pressure Sensor Circuit Low (Bank 1)
