We arrived a bit early for our 4:00 appointment. Apparently, the online appointment system we had used hadn't functioned properly and didn't show up on the system. Regardless, your rep, Michael Lynn, greeted us cordially and was more than willing to assist us immediately. We had never dealt with your company and Michael explained what they do, how they do it and answered all of our questions. He treated us as though we were old friends. As he examined our vehicle, he explained what he was doing and why. Ultimately, while we had hoped for a higher offer, we believe it was a fair one. Michael made an unpleasant experience very much less so for us. I commend your company for employing people like him. I would recommend your company to friends and family and specifically, Michael Lynn.

My experience was great because you kept your promises, and the price offered was as originally estimated (i.e., there is no bait and switch). Truthfully it was my agent, George that made all this happen. George is friendly, knowledgable, timely and a damn good salesman. George took care of everything. I had to get my car to George and he estimated, arranged and completed the deal. I had my payoff the next day.
