Very happy with my experience
I was very pleased with my experience with Webuyanycars .com. When I went on the web site answered the questions, honestly they gave me a very fair price in my case it was the best price I received on all the sites I went on. Brought my car in to the Port st Lucie store and met with Greg who was very Informative and answered all my questions. Did the car inspection and processed the paperwork in a timely fashion and I left with a check for the amount I was quoted.

WBAC in Port St. Lucie
Craig in Port St. Lucie was very pleasant and very easy to work with! WeBuyAnyCar had the highest offer for our vehicle of any of the online car purchasing companies we checked out; higher than Carvana, TrueCar, and CarMax. One should be aware that WBAC (and maybe others, too, I don’t know) has a roughly $320 document processing fee (for processing the title transfer and other paperwork) that reduces the net sale price of the vehicle.
We could possibly have sold the vehicle on our own and made more money, but we didn’t want the headache and hassle of everything that would have been involved. We were very happy to do business with Craig and WBAC and were very pleased with the results! We would not hesitate to work with him again.

Totally disappointed on the amount I…
Totally disappointed on the amount I received. I was quoted $6387 on the phone and received only $4600. I never should have signed the documents but I was impatient and wanted the vehicle gone. I regret my decision.

Our Branch Managers follow a pressure-free, transparent process during each and every appointment. You should have been invited to join our Branch Manager as he or she appraised the vehicle. We want every customer to see what we see and ask any and all questions possible. Our goal is to have customers knowledgeable and comfortable with the decision to sell.
Any online valuation or discussion over the phone about price is great for getting an idea of what your vehicle is worth, but it’s based off the information provided by our customers and not a firm offer to purchase the vehicle. Like any reputable buyer we need to confirm the reported condition personally before we can provide a final offer. During the valuation completed on 03/28/25, the user did not declare any damage and that appears to be the same with the phone call that occurred on 4/17/25. We aren’t worried about normal wear and tear, but if there are concerns with the mechanical, structural, or safety features of a vehicle we need to take them into account when making our firm offer.
