Miguel was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the process and it went smoothly. The amount offered was more then fair and I was given a check within 24 hours. Other than the initial phone call, I had to do very little.

The service was outstanding! The Rep who worked with me explained the whole process, set my mind at ease and helped me understand why my car was valued where it was. I dealt exclusively with Carmen. And she handled everything very well. It was a somewhat complicated sale, involving an estate and a title that was not clear. She handled the loan payout, clearing the title, and then our sales transaction, and I walked out with a check in hand.
