We Buy Any Car® USA - Rock Hill, SC Avaliações

He was knowledgeable but my thing is they are acting like the car is supposed to be perfect and used cars ain’t

It was great! Robert was super helpful and made it all easy for me the entire process.

Robert Arbelo was awesome, the whole experience was better than we thought it would be. 0 hassle. He even entertained our 17 month old son while we were there. So a big thank you to Robert for being so awesome and helping us.

Robert with the Rock Hill location was amazing! I made an appointment and brought my car in to sell. Robert was very friendly and very clear with process. From the inspection, test drive and final paperwork I had a great experience and ended up selling my car at a great price! Thank you again to Robert and I recommend this company to everyone!

He was very professional and knowledgeable,

Robert was extremely helpful. made selling my car so much easier than I thought it would be. Got the price I wanted. paperwork was fast, left with check in hand.
thank you for your service Robert, from one new yorker to another.

Honest and straightforward valuation and transaction.

The gentleman that helped me was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process pleasant and gave second mile service.

The first quote I received was quite shocking. Robert worked to get the offer just a little less than what I had expected. The time from start to finish was less than expected as well.

Robert made everything so easy. Very accommodating, easy to talk to.
Thank you :)

A difficult time made easier with your help. Thank you, Robert!

Awesome experience... great customer service.

Quick, easy, fair, great experience all around

Quick, Easy and Fair. In and out in less than an hour!

I sold my car last Saturday, (10/5/24) and the service i received was far from desirable. The representative came, assessed the car, gave me an offer, and I accepted. However, the entire process took almost 6 hours. That was a major inconvenience because I was juggling maintaining my two small children and helping him at the same time. It seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, and was unprepared. He had to leave my house and go back to the office to get more paperwork. Once he returned, I had to sign a few more papers and he took the keys, locked the steering wheel, and handed me the check. I was told that the tow truck would come later the following week to retrieve the car I sold. The wrecker arrived that following Monday (10/7/24) and he was unable to take the car because I didn't have the keys. The car is AWD and the wrecker couldn't take it because it would cause damage to my driveway and possibly the car itself if it were to be dragged onto the tow truck. I got in touch with someone from We Buy Any Cars about my situation that same day and was informed that they'd retrieve the keys and send for another tow truck within the next couple days. It is now Thursday, (10/10/24) and I've yet to hear from anyone and the car is still taking up space in my driveway.

EDIT: The car was finally picked up this morning (10/10/24)
