We were short on time to sell this car, 2020 Volvo XC40.. Tried three other big-name auto buy/sell companies, in addition to local Volvo dealership. Others needed lots more information answered + photocopies of documents submitted. Could not get quick turnaround for an appt to either get it picked up or to get it turned in at their location. WBAC was more straight forward with quick easy calendar, more location choices, got next-morning appt. Appointment was confirmed via text and Branch Mgr called with parking instructions. He explained what WBAC does with the cars purchased. Their offer that morning matched to the dollar what had been quoted. We were in and out in less than two hours. Excellent experience.

So from day one Paul took care of me. My particular case was very complicated and had a lot of moving parts. That did not phase Paul at all, he took the challenge and was able to get everything done. Even though this whole thing is about money you never feel like they are trying to get over on you. The process itself is fast for what it is. The evaluation took 25-40mins tops the rest is paper work. Dealing with a dealership they have ulterior motives. You want the most money for your vehicle so it this way you won't be sorry.
