Tommy, my service agent, made this an easy, honest transaction by going over my vehicle thoroughly and explaining everything to me in a clear understanding manner. I agreed with his assessment and found my valuation to be quite fair and above other dealers that did not evaluate my car in person. This was an easy transaction, under one hour and I had my check and was a happy camper on my way home.
