We’re glad to hear that our team treated you with courtesy and professionalism. That’s the standard we strive for at every branch. However, we understand your frustration regarding the valuation of your 2011 Chrysler 200.

Our online estimates are based on limited information and assume the vehicle is in good working condition with no major reconditioning needs. That’s why we always conduct a professional in-person appraisal before making a final offer. Customers are invited to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and ask questions throughout.

During the appraisal of your Chrysler 200, our team identified several issues that went beyond what we consider fair wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and mileage, including:

- Exterior & Structural: Cracked bumper, , damaged side mirror housing, damaged alloy wheel, and multiple areas of rust (door, fender, hood, both rocker panels).
- Mechanical: Worn front brake pads and suspension noise..

These factors significantly impact the resale value and required reconditioning costs. While we understand your point about the catalytic converter, our valuation reflects the vehicle as a whole, including its condition and market demand. We are not a junkyard, and do not break down vehicles for parts.

We appreciate that you accepted the offer and regret that you now feel another route might have been better. Our goal is always to provide a transparent, pressure-free experience, and we’re committed to making things right when we fall short.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience. We’re sorry to learn our doc fee soured your overall experience. Our leadership team values your business and has made many attempts to reach out to you directly to address your concerns.

Most reputable car buyers charge a doc fee to complete the paperwork the government requires to legally transfer ownership of a vehicle. We Buy Any Car is no different, but our doc fee is one of the most competitive in the industry.

We believe in being transparent and upfront with our customers. Hopefully the Branch Manager covered our doc fee during the pre-appointment confirmation call as is our policy. We also list our doc fee on our website and in emails you receive about your valuation.

We record all calls for quality and training purposes and our leadership team will pull the calls to ensure we followed our typical procedure. If we made a mistake, we will gladly make it right. We don’t want something simple stopping you from having a 5-star positive experience.
