Took about an hour at most to get everything done and the price offered was fair considering the condition of the vehicle, will be sure to consider this company again in case it is time to get rid of another vehicle. much better than haggling through trade in.

Our agent Paul gave us V.I.P treatment. He walked us through every step, and was very informative about the process. Paul was very prompt with inspecting the vehicle. He took care of everything all we did was sign on the dotted line.

My first interaction with Kyle started off ok, then it went totally to the left with him telling me he was doing me a favor by coming to my residence after keeping me waiting over an hour also giving me the wrong time then stating the paper work could not be printed talking so loud that my neighbors could hear my business the told me to go to the nearest location....etc
However the top manager Matt saved me and gave more than EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE SATISFACTION. Matt you are awesome I thank you for doing everything for me to ensure all things went smoothly. I would recommend this service but please avoid Kyle! Hateful and unprofessional experience with him and not the company. Again I will and would refer this company again. Excellent Matt
