They use the price on the computer as a hook to pull you in, then the manager, Ryan, rudely and condescendingly berates your car down by 400 dollars, and that's what you get. He'll speak to you during the price negotiation stage as if it's an argument. You only get fake "kindness" once the transaction is complete, and they've gotten what they wanted out of you. Chase, who left, was an excellent employee, and an example of how these workers should be. After Chase, we had been repeat customers. However, Ryan turned us off from this place, and we will not be returning or recommending this branch to anyone again. It's sad that someone like him is the manager, let alone works there at all. I sure hope he learns how to treat people better, and with respect for them and their car. After speaking with Carlos my faith in your company has been restored. Thanks

Although we didn't get the amount we were hoping for, the experience of selling our 2008 Colorado was satisfactory. The salesperson was very professional and curtious.

Very nice guy, friendly, took time to answer questions. Explained the process. Very organized.
The only disappointment was a mailing stating a probable offer of over twice what we actually received.

The representative was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered any questions. A truck came to pick up my car in a few days.

Ryan was very helpful, and ended up getting me $1300 more than the dealership was offering on my old jeep. Would highly recommend!!

While the first in-person offer was unexpectantly low, Ryan was extremely patient and professional in working out a better offer for our car. I was very happy with Ryan. The best advice I can offer is that the online process should involve more honest assessments of the condition of the car. The online purchase amount was much higher than the in-person offer.

Ryan was professional and helpful throughout the process. No complaints. Will probably use them again next time we need to sell a car.
