Austin, Willow Grove Branch Manager, worked diligently to obtain the best price for my vehicle. He spent quite a bit more time than the usual to complete all the details required to ensure that my loan payoff was successful on a Saturday afternoon. I recommend this location and Austin and Gio. They are friendly, experienced and provide excellent follow up. The only negative was that I was not specifically made aware ahead of time that there would be a documentation fee of almost $500 for the transaction.

We did not know what to expect with our first experience with We Buy Any Car, but we found the experience pleasantly user-friendly and efficient. Giovanni, the manager at our location, was friendly and very efficient in explaining the process, assessing our vehicle, arriving at a price we could agree to, documenting the sale and giving us a check. We will definately use our local location again if we have a need.

Gio was fantastic when I took my car in for an evaluation. He was super friendly and showed me each tool he was using and what he was testing for. Once the evaluation was done he sat me down and showed me exactly how my price was calculated and then we worked from there. Overall great experience!
