Low ball offer
A low ball offer killed the deal. They apparently didn’t want my car and should have said that instead of insulting me. CarMax bought the car for a lot more then we don’t buy any car.

We are looking to gain clarity as to how our team member required you bring the 1989 Ford Mustang in for an appraisal before giving a valuation, but then simultaneously provided a valuation that was a fraction of what CarMax offered.
