The selling experience was good! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The service was great. The price we got was less than the online quote but Ryan did an excellent job explaining why the numbers were different. Overall a great experience.

Ryan and Anthony were both courteous, friendly, and professional, and made the selling process as easy as it could be. I would sell to them again, and can recommend them!

Ending price was fair. Inspection was thorough so I understand the deductions relative to the 'teaser' price offered online, but it would be nice to know ahead of time.

Took a few days to get my call returned, but once I was in contact with a local rep, the experience was easy. The rep was prompt, professional and courteous. He worked to get me the most money he could for my non-drivable vehicle. I would use your company again.

I am not impressed with the company because they don’t disclose all the information when giving you a quote online. They do not tell you that there is a processing fee or that there are deductions made for every scratch, ding, etc.
Ryan did a great job explaining everything and I completed the sale of my vehicle. Another positive is receiving your money right away and the Uber voucher.
