Looking for Private Medical Insurance
I had asked advice on the best source of independent advice for Private Medical Insurance and WeCovr was recommended to me.
After making initial contact I arranged a telephone call back and at the agreed time a representative contacted me.
Joannah was immediately friendly and obviously professional and very well informed.
In my working career I had ,for over 25 years,been a Financial Consultant so I was aware of the high standards her role demanded.
She took a great deal of time to walk me through the process. Explaining the important details of the types and levels of cover available and their importance.
She was obliged to ask various medical questions and this was done in a polite and respectful manner.
We also discussed a budget that I would be happy to commit to arranging medical cover and after research she gave me detail of what would be available in or near to that budget.
She took time to answer any questions that I had ,again in a polite and professional manner.
At no time was a ‘ hard sell” attempted.
I decided I was happy to proceed and everything was completed in our telephone conversation with all necessary correspondence sent by email directly to me.
I am very happy to recommend WeCovr and would like to thank Joannah for her help in arranging my cover.

Transition from Corporate medical insurance plan to personal private medical insurance cover

Brilliant Service
