Ruby at Wed2B Chelmsford was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole experience so special, relaxed, and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect dress. She really listened to what I liked and brought out beautiful options I wouldn’t have thought to try myself — including the one!

Ruby was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and truly like a bride. Her attention to detail and honest advice made such a difference, and I’m so grateful for her help.

I had an amazing experience the weekend just gone. Chloe and her colleague (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name!) went above and beyond for me for reasons we will keep secret and there was lots of teamwork involved to ensure all went to plan which they didn’t have to do! For somewhere which is a walk in with no appointments, you are still made to feel like you are important and not rushed. This is my second marriage and being an older bride I was self conscious about what dress would suit me so asked for honesty which I got and ended up feeling wonderful and so happy with the dress I chose. Thankyou for your help and support.

Chloe, Alara & Mimi went above & beyond to make sure I had the best experience at Wed2b. On both separate occasions I was welcomed in, (came back in due to new stock arriving which had a few dresses I’d hoped to try) had a thorough welcome and explanation on how things worked at Wed2b and they listened to what I wished for in my dress / what I didn’t so much like. The options they picked for me were all so lovely and the attention to detail with all the extra add ons - veil, pearl sleeves etc were all a nice touch to try on also. I came away with my dress on my 2nd visit and I am so happy with my choice ☺️ Thank you girls for making my experience such a lovely, memorable one!

It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, Amy made me feel at ease straight away and knew exactly what dress would be right for me. Because of Amy’s expertise I said yes to the dress on only my 2nd dress I tried on. All the staff were amazing, taking such great care of all the ladies choosing such an important dress.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, being someone who struggles with social anxiety I honestly was made to feel comfortable.
Alecia and Hana was very kind supportive and nothing was too much trouble, gave helpful advice and if I mentioned a detail, there was options for them. The lady's were very uplifting and supportive from start to finish in finding the one.
Amazing experience and would definitely recommend wed2b and so thankful they was recommended to me....I said yes to the dress 🥰

Ruby!! She was great, I actually went for a dress that she had picked for me! There was no pressure, I didn’t expect to find a dress and was pleasantly surprised.

The team were all so welcoming and helpful. They all felt genuinely interested in my big day and what styles I was looking for but also helping me try other possibilities to make sure I defo found the right dress. In the fitting room she was lovely and put me at ease and when I found the dress all the team made me feel amazing! They have an amazing selection in so many different styles so would defo recommend.

We were looked after by Angel and she was an absolute star! She made me feel comfortable from the very start and was patient and attentive throughout. A great range of dresses in my size and we found the one!

The girls in the Chelmsford branch were absolute angels!! From the moment I stepped in they were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I walked away with my dream dress!! Thank you so much for making me feel special ☺️

I had the most amazing experience in wed2B today. Not only did I find my dress, but the whole experience was beautiful. My dress consultant Ruby was the most beautiful soul, she didn’t push or “sell” she let me be me, she matched my energy and pushed me out of my comfort zone to try dress styles I would never have considered, which happened to be my dream dress. There wasn’t a sense of pressure to make decisions, and I was treated like a friend not a “customer”. Ruby you are a beautiful person and please do not ever change. Thank you for being you and allowing me to be me and being so reassuring, encouraging and friendly. You made my experience.
Alicia- you welcomed me so warmly, and were so open and transparent, your friendliness and warmth, ideas and advice were invaluable and you made the payment process a dream, even your goodbye was heartfelt and genuine. I went to Wed2B Chelmsford today and found my dress! I had the wonderful Mimi help me and truly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a disabled autistic person there’s an added layer of anxiety because you don’t know if you’ll feel understood or if things will be accessible but I couldn’t have asked for more - especially in moments when I felt overwhelmed. I never thought I’d find a dress I loved but Ive ended up home with a dress that makes me so happy. Thank you so much.

I got my wedding dress and veil from Wed2b in Chelmsford with my mum and mother in law and cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel welcomed. Everyone was really helpful and polite especially Marissa who helped me find my dress. They even helped recommend a few local places where I could get my dress altered.

Such a lovely experience at the wed2b shop in Chelmsford, Essex. All the ladies were so lovely and made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door! They were knowledgable and were able to guide me in what style looked best for me! The only thing I will say is that there were quite a few added extras that I wasn’t expecting such as a dress bag, box, hanger etc. which of course added more to the total. I purchased what I thought I needed but that would not put me off recommending the shop to other brides! I purchased my dress and I can’t wait to wear it 😊

Marissa was excellent and managed to pick out the exact dress for me. Would really recommend ☺️
