Beautiful figurines. I ordered the sitting ones to go on a cake topper made by my fiancé’s grandfather, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Strawberry blonde is a little more ginger than I expected, but that’s my fault for not paying the extra $10 to customize the colour. Overall very happy with my experience. Quick shipping and delivery as well.

One item was incorrect but a new one was sent immediately! Very impressed with the quality and customer service.

Love how beautiful our guestbook turned out. Delivery was fast but the refill paper should have “20 pkg/pieces” written in its title as it was confusing. The quantity drop down was singular and to find the description you have to scroll to the very bottom of the page as recommendation take up the body of the webpage. I mistook your company for trying to take advantage and charge me per $5 page as the book was discounted. I purchased 15 qty only for 300pages to arrive. And now I shipping it back is costing me half my refund. Hoping this will make an impact for a change or a warning for others who might fall for the misunderstanding.

Not going to lie, I found this page by mistake but it is a great site. Very easy to navigate and tons of cool options to help celebrate your big day and beyond. Delivery was prompt and actually came in a couple days early. Purchased 7 items and the personalization was a terrific extra touch that our guests will certainly enjoy.

The glasses we ordered came sooner than expected and the quality was amazing!!

I had 1 week to receive my order and it was at my house within 3 days. Very impressed with how quickly it came. Everything came exactly as shown and personalized. I definitely would order from here again.

Ordered wine labels. We wanted them to say “Salud”, which is “Cheers” in Spanish. The writing looks like it says Lalud. You don’t get to choose the writing and you don’t get to see what it will look like until the pavers are delivered. Beware if you have to use an “S” in your wording. We will be ordering some new labels elsewhere as we can’t use these. Disappointing.

Jen in customer relations was absolutely unprofessional and Inappropriate when I was brought into her office for a problem with the product I ordered I was faced with her throwing my product on the ground, rolling her eyes, and very abrupt and short when communicating with me and the nice lady from the front desk. She made me feel horrible for wanting the product I ordered in place of what I got. I’m sad because the products I ordered from here were awesome but I will never order again because of this service I will also advise my friends who are getting married in the future to not use the service because of this treatment.

Great service, but once again they don't offer any way for the buyer to identify themself to the recipient if it's a gift. The bride and groom receive a package without knowing who sent it. This happened to me last time as well. Fix it!
