I recently purchased a Vivier moisturizer and couldn’t be happier. The product itself is incredibly nourishing—my skin feels soft, smooth, and deeply hydrated all day.
On top of that, the company was great to deal with. Ordering was quick and easy, and my package arrived faster than expected. Overall, a seamless experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend both the product and the company!

I didn’t get any update on my order for two weeks so I started to wonder if this was a scam. I emailed customer service after a week and never heard back. I tried to give feedback via text and email after the experience but nothing. I got the product eventually but wouldn’t order from this company again due to the customer service experience.

I ordered the Omnilux Glove from wedoskin just last week and it already arrived. Not only was it delivered quickly, I was also sent tracking information and discounts on future purchases. Before buying, I spent a few days researching companies that deliver within Canada, looking for the best deal. After triple checking, wedoskin came out on top!

Like my other Omnilux products, I’m sure the glove will help lighten the age spots on my hands so my hands can look as young as my face.

Good experience with wedoskin! The last star would have been for speed, it took over two weeks to receive my package. But the company was responsive, helpful, and probably can't control shipping times.

Le commentaire que j’aimerais faire est qu’il serait important de mentionner lors de l’achat qu’il est absolument nécessaire d’avoir le sérum Supercharged pour faire les traitements. Je regrette de ne pas avoir su que ce sérum était essentiel, car j’ai essayé de faire le traitement avec un gel que j’avais, mais ce n’était vraiment pas agréable. J’ai donc commandé le sérum Supercharged, mais je ne le recevrai pas avant une semaine.

Ce n’est pas grave, mais pour offrir un meilleur service, peut-être serait-il important d’indiquer que le sérum est nécessaire pour effectuer les traitements.

De plus, les instructions sur papier sont écrites en très petit, et cela peut poser problème pour la majorité de votre clientèle féminine de mon âge, dans la cinquantaine. Ce serait donc bien d’avoir une police un peu plus grande pour faciliter la lecture des instructions.

J’ai néanmoins téléchargé l’application, qui est très bien et facilite le processus de traitement, ce qui est un gros plus. Voilà, merci beaucoup, super produit.
