This review is about how happy my other half is with his service from an WFAV employee
My other half was in a car accident which wrote of his van.
Lauren had managed to get my other half back on the road & in a new van (in which he loves) within a matter of a week even though there was a lot of work to be done behind the scenes, id just like to she is the type of person. You’d hope to deal with your case ! made a very stressful situation not stressful at all!

I’m writing this review base on the service provided
I’m writing this review base on the outstanding service i received from one individual employee of, we finance any van.
I had applied for a new van finance as my previous van was written off, I had already had a finance agreement in place which could have caused me many of issues.
But Lauren at WFAV helped me through the whole procedure & I’m glad to say she sorted out a brilliant van for me quick and effectively as needed to keep me working !

Amazing customer service
We Delt with JAKE , from start to finish he did everything possible for us our process took a little longer than we anticipated due to a marker still being on the van we wanted to purchase .
Even though that made things a little more complicated jake kept in contact on a daily basis he did everything he could to get us the van we wanted .
Jake went above and beyond and his customer service was superb
So thank you very much !! would highly recommend him for any future customers

What can I say from start to finish Jake was amazing, he sourced me a few cans to pick from and got it under what I was wanting to pay per month very delighted with my van and would recommend him in future and if am looking for a van again I would defo go to jack 5 stars
