Excellent service from start to finish.

Prior to reaching out to Fix My Sofa we were unsure whether to buy a new couch or restore our 10 year old leather couch. Our black leather couch set cost a small fortune all those years ago and I'm glad we didn't get rid and got fixmysofa to fix it.

A gentleman came out to our house to assess if it could be fixed, explained what was required then provided a quote.
It turned out the foam inside had fallen apart hence the big dip and lack of stability to which he stared "Sure, we can sort this for you!"

The foam material was ordered and approx 2 weeks from playing a deposit a times lot was booked and within 2-3 hours the technician had completed the refit. I had the seats fully re-foamed, stability straps replaced and lumbar bars refilled. We honestly cannot believe how good our couch is and overwhelmed by the results. Fixmysofa even recommended the creams to buy to clean and seal the couch which I'm looking to do this weekend.

The above all took place approx 2 months ago (apologies for the delay in my review).

If you're considering throwing away a couch you love that requires a little TLC I'd strongly advise you to speak with Fixmysofa.

Everything they said, they did and our couch is as good as it's been in years.

Matt and Adam did an excellent job on a 9 year old leather sofa. It looks almost new. The job was completed ahead of schedule. They communicated when they were arriving and were on time, polite and friendly

My reclining sofa & chair were in desperate need of a bit of TLC, & Adam has breathed new life into them, making them even better than the day they were bought brand new - can't thank you enough for your professionalism & friendly attitude to what was needed, & at a very reasonable price, for what I now have compared to before - thoroughly recommended.

Matty from wefixanysofa came out and explained what was required , other firms had just offered me cheap fixes that were not really that much cheaper anyway ! Matty was very knowledgeable and a really pleasant guy , came on time and done a super job re foaming our 3 seater electric recliners and chair that were sagging , now they are as good as new and for a decent price too, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Adam came priced up our leather three seater and two seater, ordered the cushions gave us a date and made both suites look brand new once again. Very polite great workmanship and explained everything he was doing. We were looking at buying a new suite but the price range was near £4,000 We fix any sofa.com has saved us at least £3,500. Adam came and gave up a quote to fix 2 seat cushions on our 7 yr old sofa, very reasonable price, we went ahead with the repair, we had to wait a couple of weeks before they could be repaired, due to our work commitments and not wefixanysofa, Adam arrived today and replaced the shocking bits of foam that the manufacturer had used, we are so happy with the work carried out and the sofa is better than when we purchased it. Thank you so much. Adam is a lovely chap, very polite and cleans up afterwards. Definitely would recommend this company.

Easy to contact company, both appointments the guys were punctual ,pleasant and polite. Chris did the repair work,our sofa looks amazing now, he was really professional and worked quickly the end results great. Would be happy to recommend this company, they can save you a fortune and help reduce extra waste going to the tip.

I called and got a quote to repair my sunken arm on my sofa, I went ahead with the work, it's just been finished and looks fantastic, would definitely recommend

From the start the lady who answered the phone put you at ease ,my self not a clue what i wanted in that all I wanted to know is it worthwhile looking at repairing two 20year old sofas which I might say have had a very hard life ie 5 children and friends 9 grandchildren 3 big dogs plus me the wife and boy and girl friends . The lady said she will organise a visit from a technician to have a look she did and said what date and time and name that he will give me a call when on his way. And true to her words he rang on the day and said I will be there in 30 minutes he was he took one look and said not a problem so he measured what he needed gave me a rough estimate and said if you are happy with that we can proceed with the job I was very pleased after the job was completed he said to replace the two sofas would cost somewhere in the region of 6 to 7 thousand pounds so the cost was peanuts and the quality of the work is better than new and I give 5stars to Adam who did all the work thank you all at Wefixanysofa

Excellent service and workmanship from Matt and Chris from start to finish. Our two leather sofas look like new again. Absolutely delighted and can’t recommend this company highly enough.

One of our leather sofas had multiple buttons which had come away from the body. The Wefixanysofa technician diagnosed the problem on his visit and suggested that it would be better if he took the back of the sofa back to the workshop to fix it. A week later, it was brought back and the sofa reassembled. Very pleased with the service!
