Utterly disgusted at the so called service from this company. My mother's glasses were apparently ready by the 26th June. She is still waiting on them. After a complaint by my brother, the promised the glasses would be delivered by next day courier. She is STILL waiting. My mother is in a care home. And 1 of the very few things she has left to enjoy, is her sight/reading a card someone has sent. Sending a card. Reading a little of the paper. We, as a family , are DISGUSTED by your lack of empathy and empty promises

Sarah, is really friendly and the staff that attended our Care home are so friendly and helpful.

Staff are always cheery, helpful and kind to our residents. Sarah is thoughtful and goes out of her way for the residents.

Sarah and the rest of the staff at Connect Eyecare are always excellent. Very friendly and professional and couldn't ask for a better company to service our care home.

This is an excellent service for residents in care homes. They are very patient and do not rush their clients. They explain all the tests that they are carrying out and we are extremely happy with the eye care they provide.

Excellent and extremely prompt service from Connect Eyecare in carrying out a basic repair to my Dad's glasses. First class service - would recommend.

Both Scott and Gary listened to my initial concerns and, importantly, took the necessary time and care to give a detailed explanation of the patient’s process and supplementary advice. This has resulted in a very positive outcome as well as excellent patient care.

Sarah and Ann Marie carried out our residents eye tests today. They both made our residents feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing.
