Had a good experience with the original online order. Lakai shoes delivered quickly.
Unfortunately that is where the good service ended. Emailed for help after shoes developed holes after only about 10 casual wears. Haven't had any reply at all.
Wouldn't recommend.

Lovely people, fast delivery when ordering

Good variety of clothes in store and the staff are helpful and friendly. Have purchased a few t shirts from here over the past year, and recently had to “swap” one of the t shirts because it didn’t fit correctly and was a gift for someone else. Note, a “swap” is distinctly different to an exchange and can only be done once per item and once per receipt as I didn’t receive my receipt which had other items purchased on it.

If companies don’t give customers the flexibility to exchange things then those customers will begin to shop elsewhere. Note that under no circumstance was it made clear to me that Welcome only offer “swaps” (given how commonplace exchanges are elsewhere) and given how the staff helped me in the original purchase I would have expected them to note the “swap” policy before purchasing…

Friendly and well informed staff. Always great to deal with, whether online or calling by the store in Leeds.
