the product was received damaged and did not work properly. when i called for help, i was not given any help, and told that i would have to buy a new part. Very discouraging and disappointing.

The technician did not let us know if he was done with the machine he just dissappear. Safety guard are not installed some screws are loose. He did not run to demo on the operators we have. Not sure if this is a protocol.

Products and service are great! I went to visit their facility before this virus hit and I must say it was amazing to see all the different machines and the people who design and manufacture them. Wonderful atmosphere and very talented and professional people there. Enjoyed the visit and welcomed the knowledge they shared with us!

Truth-Be-Known, #1). Our "112 Extreme" was not built to the written contracted size agreed upon. Our company suggested a retro-fit to get to the correct size. This was never accomplished. Nobody from Miller felt comfortable with making this modification at our facility. They wanted the machine shipped back to Miller. This is not possible due to our frequent use of the machine, and the disruption to production getting the 112 out of our facility and then returned again. We have endured the inconvenience of having the incorrect smaller size than ordered. #2). The machine, when installed, was tested to run perfectly. On the next day, into actual production, a pin holding the drive sprocket flew out of the machine and across our printing plant with great velocity. Luckily none of our people were injured by this flying projectile. There was no Loctite put on the screw holding the pin in at the time of manufacture. We put it back together with Loctite and have not experienced any more problems with the pin. #3). All of the machine's airlines required replacement after two years. Subsequently, we have become quite good at replacing airlines on this machine. Other than these problems, the machine is well designed and well built. We have two Miller machines.
