Richard is excellent - have seen him on and off for a number of years and he fixes me every time. Highly recommended.

Both me and my husband have been under the care of Ian at Derby well being clinic for a while.
We always receive excellent treatment for our ailments, my husband for his back manipulation and me for the massage and PBM treatments. The receptionists at the clinic are very professional and always make us feel welcomed and always offer a much welcomed coffee.
I advise anyone with any skeletal problems to give them a try.

I have been going to wellbeing clinic for a few years now, i can not recommend this clinic enough. I see Richard, he is always very thorough and explains everything perfectly. The reception staff are equally as friendly and very welcoming.

Friendly helpful staff who will happily assist with any questions you have. The chiropractor made me feel at ease, explaining everything as he worked. I look forward to returning for more treatment.

I have been using Ian Reed for about 12 years now (lower back pain) and this occasion with a trapped sciatic nerve after the first appointment there was some relief . the second appointment even more relief almost back to normal

I have been to wellbeing and seen Richard a number of times for different back and muscular issues since 2008. I can highly recommend wellbeing who unlike others do not try and sell you a long term plan but get the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. I have also been given excercise advice to prevent reoccurrence so 10/10.

I have visited a few times now with tension that causes dizziness.
I’m anxious about visits as the tension makes me dizzy and when I’m anxious it gets worse! ( and I’m generally an anxious person anyway ) they provide a very relaxed environment and you are welcome to take someone with you to the consult room which takes the pressure off.
Richard is kind and very good at finding key issues that need sorting, whilst also calming you with talking you through what he’s doing. Would highly recommend

Having been recommended by a friend, I booked in to see Richard, I found him very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Having now had a couple of treatments I am already finding the benefit of the treatment. The clinic staff are also very good and friendly, plus the benefit of a car park with plenty of space.

I’m a repeat customer. Today I tried a new treatment carbon laser facial followed by micro needling and LED light therapy. Wendy put me at ease, talked me through each stage of the treatment the benefits after care etc. My face was glowing when finished and the tiredness of aging had gone.

Consulted Isn concerning lower back pain.
Ian quickly identified an issue (without any bone cracking!!) and referred me for for a super fast MRI.

I’ve been treated for lower back issues for over 17 years. I usually see Ian, but have also been treated by Richard. My condition is controlled by regular ‘maintenance’ checks every 8-9 weeks that pretty much keep it under control, with occasional more regular visits if I have a flare up. Ian and Richard are both totally professional and provide me with an excellent level of care. And of course they can’t do their job without the excellent front of house team led by Abbi. Highly recommended.

I have been struggling with back pain and a weak leg for many years, I’ve tried everything I can think of so when someone recommended BPM Laser therapy I thought it was worth a try.
