They have great products (a wide product range), and, for me as a kinesiologist who works with clients, their customer service is outstanding. Very prompt and customer friendly.

Very quick shipping. I did have a problem with the delivery from the courier service, but Welldium followed up and offered to set the situation right. As it turned out, my order eventually did reach me. I am very satisfied with how Welldium handled my problem. I will certainly be ordering from them again.

So much delay, just informing days later that the parcel should be arrived and it was a probiotic needed for my treatment of antibiotics. They told me they are working how to solve the delays.
I asked from a box of vitamin D to make "a repair issue" and they suggest to change my trustpilot comment, what I have done.

J'ai enfin pu récupérer mon colis.Le problème venait de leur transporteur (GLS, à fuir). La personne avec qui j'étais en contact Chez Welldium a changé de transporteur (DHL) et colis est finalement arrivé sans problème.

Både som behandler og kunde, er jeg godt tilfreds, jeres leverings tid er blevet sat væsentlig ned og i er gode til at hjælpe mine patienter hurtigt, hvis de har problemer med feks betalingen.

Jeg bestilte varer for næsten 700 kr. den 7/2-2025 og Welldium shippede først varen 7 dage senere den 14/2-2025 efter at jeg havde skrevet og rykket for pakken. Jeg modtager først pakken 19/2-2025.
Det er al for lang leveringstid.
Jeg bestilte via link, som jeg havde fået hos min hormon-terapeut til jeres hjemme, fordi jeg skulle hurtigt igang med en udrensningskur, inden jeg skulle igang med en livsvigtig behandling. Så det har nu forsinket mig 1 uge.

Welldium har vitterlig en kundeservice, der er helt i top. Man sidder ikke længe og venter, så er der styr på tekniske spørgsmål og andet via chat.

Chatfunktionen er genial. Når du er logget ind, så gemmes den. Og du kan se tilbage på egne spørgsmål.

All queries answered promptly by efficient and polite staff either by chatline or email, or both and then they send you a copy of your onlline chat, The only problem we encountered was with their order form which was a bit confusing when we were asked to put in my nutritionist name because then it looked like it was going to be send to her instead of us, although this minor problem was promptly and very politely sorted by their staff, so yes, I would have no problem recommending this company for anyone looking for supplements, especially within the European market.
