I ordered items for next day delivery…
I ordered items for next day delivery items still have not arrived. I keep getting emails from UPS that the order will be delivered by the end of the day & by the evening the date is moved to the next day. Delivery was not attempted & my items arrived 5 days later.

Please note that we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. However, the majority of our orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, although this can vary depending on the courier and location.
As we use UPS for high-value shipments, parcels cannot be left in safe places. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, UPS will usually reattempt delivery the following working day, which can sometimes result in the delivery date being updated.

My order got delivered to an old…
My order got delivered to an old address . My last order came to the correct one . I checked my personal details and it was there under the name Ness Ness and an unknown telephone number . I have deleted this but had to go round to and find my delivery . Luckily not far away .

Please note that we are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order has been placed. Orders are automatically shipped to the address entered at checkout, and we are unable to override or edit this once it has been processed.
We also do not manually change shipping names, as these are taken directly from the details provided at the time of purchase.

I was very excited to receive my collagen powder, however, I was concerned to see on the label that it is halal ……I would never have bought it if I had known, and to be honest, I can’t bring myself to use it now..!
