Very disappointing customer service. Date booked to install hot tub, was continually changed by the office and we only found out by calling asked where were their team was? This lack of communication and customer service has continued. Unfortunately, we have had a few issues which we are waiting to be resolved. Dates engineers are booked in have not been kept, lack of communication in keeping us update or returning our calls - all very disappointing. Would not recommend them or use them again.

We had our Wellis Amozonas installed last week, for my disabled daughter to enjoy hydrotherapy again. Excellent service, and very knowledgeable. Stuart called me within a couple of days to see how everything was going. It's great to know that they are always available for advise. Thanks

We were looking for a hot tub and we heard that the Wellis group in Sussex had a Kilimanjaro on display. We headed down there to see what it was like and when we walked through the door the staff that work there were amazing. Very helpful and engaging no pressure.

Alexandra who works there was brilliant, very knowledgeable and showed us around the Hot tub. They talk to us through the different options and we were very impressed.

When we were talking to Tony at the Show room he talked us through the app that controls the hot tub from your phone or tablet. I have to say this was worthwhile and I’m pleased that we purchased this with it.

We wasn’t too sure when we would be able to take receipt of the hot tub, but they said it was not a problem I would hold onto it until we were ready.

We were ahead of schedule for taking receipt of our new hot tub and they’ve accommodated different dates for us to make sure that the installation went smoothly and to plan.

The two guys that arrived at the house alittle early, and they were fantastic Ben and Troy. They were very knowledgeable and installed the hot tub to a high standard.

We would like to thank Wellis for the service they provided and we look forward to future communication at service time in the next couple of years.

We have had the Tub 5 day now and the whole family enjoys… looking forward to trying the Aromatherapy crystals For extra relaxation.

Superb from all the guys at Wellis.
From the staff (Tony) in the office to the delivery and installation guys (Ben & Troy).
The Hot tub is amazing and nothing was too much trouble, everything that was removed to make the access easier was replaced.
All the maintenence instructions were explained for the up-keep and care of the hot tub.
I would highly recommend Wellis for anyone wanting a hot tub

We first visited Wellis Sussex showroom last summer and were shown the resistance pool and various spas by Aaron who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided on a combination of the two and went for the Rio Grande swimspa. On the day of installation everything ran smoothly. From start to finish Aleksandra kept us informed of the production progress. We have used our swimspa everyday and we are very pleased with our purchase. We would definitely recommend Wellis Sussex and their helpful team.

We visited the showroom back in January, and were impressed with the knowledge and advice given by the team. We went on to purchase a Malaga tub, and found the Sussex team responded quickly to all our questions, helped with problems with the crane company and it all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend them as a great place to buy a hot tub.

We’ve had a Wellis Sussex hot tub Palermo a week now, throughly enjoying popping in at the end of the day for a relaxing chill watching the stars, or a great start to the day with a morning bubble. Great service and installation from the two guys, couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. Wanted one for ages now it’s the best thing ever!!!

The customer service was great, there was a delivery issue from the factory, the team Wellis Sussex team worked super hard to resolve this and deliver as soon as they feasibly couple.

We’ve just bought a Malaga tub from Wellis. We absolutely love it and can’t recommend it highly enough. The team at Wellis Sussex were very friendly and professional and gave us a 1st class service. I’m sure we’ll be getting a great deal of use out of it this year and the kids are over the moon.

From start to finish Wellis Sussex have been fantastic. After looking at many other suppliers and being left disappointed, the team here are knowledgeable, friendly and honest with their advice. We would recommend a wet test which was arranged with ease and travelled 150 miles each way for. Harry and Aleks were just brilliant with communication, this is our first hot tub and we had many questions. We are delighted with our Wellis Malaga, it’s surpassed our expectations.

Had a fantastic hot tub fitted by Harry and team . Nothing was too much trouble and the aftercare has been excellent. We had a jacuzzi hot tub before and in our opinion the Wellis hot tub is far superior and very reasonably priced .

We just had a spa installed, it wasn't the easiest position to put it for the guys, but they didn't complain, just got on with it. All in place now and working fine, good job. Thanks

Excellent service from Wellis Sussex.Every one there starting from the office team-Harry,Alexandra ,Stuart and finishing with the installation crew Ben and Kieran has shown great knowledge and professionalism.My Pluto looks amazing with very easy operational control panel.The installation crew have overcame all obstacles around my house and did their best to take the tub trough the whole alleyway and garden.
