DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This company almost took my business down with their lies, incompetence, absolutely shoddy workmanship, and using staff totally unqualified for the job in hand, some of whom didn't even speak English !
I was sold a lie by the boss,Tony ,who saved his only good work for the pitch. How he can live with himself for the way he treated me and my wife, god only knows. The man has zero conscience and should be ashamed.
I own a gym and spa and had Wellness One in to rebuild a steamroom, sauna and infa-red sauna.
The build over-ran by 6 months and was never completed properly. The contractors who turned up, literally had no clue what they were doing and most were sub-contractors who had never worked for or new Wellness One and had no experience of building a commercial spa.
Once the started work, they rarely turned up for more than 2 days at a time.
They caused flooding and damage to other parts of the club which cost me £30,000 to fix, as well as causing many dangerous electrical faults and outages, due to the cowboy electricians they used.
I could go on all day.
Once they had their money, they didn't give a damn. I have wasted huge amounts of time and money dealing with the fallout. My business of 25 years almost died because of them.
They could not care less. they have zero morals and no idea of what it means to run a professional business. I was a fool for trusting and paying them, and will always regret it.
Definately, the worst company I've ever used, in 40 years in business. Even worse to deal with than BT !
GO NOWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION, THEY'D HAVE ONE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN.
