Terrible customer service, ordered from Italy so I probably have to pay taxes for this trash.

Ordered 2 knives unfortunately I fell from the fomo, in a nutshell, ordered 2 knives, they're stuck or lost somewhere in Italy or I don't even know because I can't track my package, when I ask their customer service they're not even reply.

I might have lost money for this trash company, but everyone around be aware of the trash they are

Knife arrives completely blunt. No edge at all. Somehow it was inspected and released from the factory ??? Bizarre
I also ordered the CB Keyring. There’s no hinge. Just a weakened corner to allow it to open.
I’ve opened it once and it’s already out of shape.
This is expensive gear and I’ve had better from Temu.

Best knife I’ve owned to date. Hands down.

My life has been filled with wonderful coincidences. WESN knives is one. these folks make great knives, I just placed an order for a couple of more. But the people are just as great. I have truly enjoyed communicating with them. I even told a few old stories that also came out of coincidences. Please check out their gear, and if you need a fine pocket knife (everyone needs one), or a bit larger one, you won't do better than WESN. You won't be sorry.
