Good process
Honestly, I came to Western Equipment because they had in stock something that Lowes and HD did not. Even though their price was higher, with the $20 coupon it was almost as competitive. The ordering process was straightforward, and product delivered as expected.

Good product that arrived on time
Good product that arrived on time. I found the oil pan by watching the WE video on YouTube and thought the pan would be a good addition to my JD X350 for general maintenance.

John Deere Seat Purchase
Seat arrived on time. Due to configuration differences of the seat due to a manufacturer change from a metal to plastic seat pan, the attach bolts did nor fit. A list to the hardware store was required.

I have not received my order as of 03/22/2021. My original order was placed on 3/4/2021 and I'm still waiting for it's arrival. MY order #1336. I call Western Equipment on 3/15/2021 to ask about the delay, and was told that they will look into it. I have not as of yet receive my order. Please Help!!!

The product is great I have an old modal of john deere LA125 tractor so I did make a hole in the mower deck to fit the bagger system properly also noticed that one screw has slipping damage on the bagger top part, seems someone used it.
