The delivery was very quick, the young chap delivered it was very helpfull and polite.
The quality of the wood was top knotch, I could not ask for a better service. I definately recommend them and will order again.

The logs are a good chunky size and the to ton bag is full to the brim. Plus, the young guy who delivered them was extremely polite and helpful.
I shall certainly buy from Westdale logs again.

Great quality oak logs, delivered very quickly. The young man who delivered them took great care to reverse his truck and trailer up our drive and through our carport to deliver the 2 bulk bags of logs into our rear yard. I much appreciated the care he took and his friendly, helpful attitude.

Logs delivered in seven days and before Easter break.

Delivery for me was free,with no minimum order but it did take the full 10 days(which is as advertised). Apart from this VERY little niggle everything was great and I am pleased to be able to support a local business with a great website,good products and very friendly and helpful staff

We've used Westdale before & as always, I can't fault their service.
Due to our current circumstances, there were only certain days we could take delivery. I let them know which days they were & they took note of that & delivered as requested. I got a phone call giving me options & they delivered on the day & at the time we'd agreed.
Their logs are great, the perfect size for our log burner.
All in all, a very happy customer.

It’s not when things go right that show a great company, but when things go wrong. Westdale had a problem with their kiln for a batch of logs that I’d ordered. They proactively contacted me and replaced the whole order, even though we’d pretty much used all the original supply. Brilliant customer focussed service.

Friendly guy, logs are nice size and clean. No waste, previous supplier had 1/2 black bucket of waste, bark etc. Westdale basically nothing. Just have to wait and see how they burn now, but things are looking good
